langostinos a la sal
INGREDIENTES :
10 langostinos por persona sin pelar
1 kilo de sal para hornear
PREPARACION :
calentar el horno a 180 grados
poner la sal sobre una bandeja que cubra el fondo y poner los langostinos juntos sobre la sal
y hechar sal sobre los langostinos hasta que queden bien cubierto y humedecer un poco la sal con agua por encima y poner al horno 15 minutos ,
una vez hechos romper la sal por un costado y sacar la tapa intentando que salga toda escoger los langostinos y listos
